Glass workshop V Záhoří

The glass workshop in Záhoří is a small family business in which three generations of glassmakers have been engaged in the manual processing of glass with the help of processing glass rods at the glass furnace. In this way, glass figurines, pendants, earrings and original author's jewelry are created here. Those interested can visit the workshop, see a demonstration of production and, for the more daring, try working with a burner. Courses are prepared for those who are fascinated by this craft. Those who don't want to create at the burner, but want to make, can visit a creative workshop intended for children and adults. A whole range of glass and jewelery techniques are available here (more in the creative workshop section), thanks to which visitors can make their own bracelet, earrings, pendant or some more complex decoration. Using the technique of glass engraving and painting, it is possible to decorate a glass or a Christmas ornament. Another possibility is the simple stained glass technique - Tiffany.
